SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have consented to your minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage.

You may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We aim to represent our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. We do not guarantee that a product's appearance or quality will exactly match how it is shown online or meet every expectation.

Product descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities by person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and process payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellations may not always be possible after acceptance. If we change, decline, or cancel an order, we may contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided with the order.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy [LINK].

Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.

Prices may differ from those offered through other channels. Promotions may have separate terms; if those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase, payment, and account information and to keep it updated.

You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that you will pay all applicable charges.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and site design, are owned by My Store, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless we give prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, download, store, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from materials on the Services.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or ownership rights in the intellectual property of My Store, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws.

My Store's names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of My Store or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify's trademarks belong to Shopify. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control or monitor. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsement. We are not liable for your use of them.

Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk, and you should review the provider's terms before using them.

New tools, features, or resources we add to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may include links or functionality from third parties. We are not responsible for evaluating or guaranteeing third-party content, products, services, or websites.

If you access third-party materials or sites, you do so at your own risk. Review the third party's policies before making a purchase or transaction. Questions or complaints about third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

My Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases through our store are made directly with My Store. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those sales, including injury, damage, or loss arising from products or transactions. By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities related to your purchases and transactions with My Store.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information we collect through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK]. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, available here.

Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify may collect and process information about your access to and use of the Services. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and service providers, including parties located in other countries, as needed to provide the Services. SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the Feedback, that you have disclosed any compensation or incentives connected to it, and that it complies with these Terms.

We are not required to keep Feedback confidential, pay for it, or respond to it. We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we consider unlawful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

You must not submit Feedback that violates third-party rights, contains unlawful or abusive material, includes malware, uses a false identity or email address, or misleads others about its origin. You are responsible for the accuracy of your Feedback.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

The Services may occasionally contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct, update, or cancel inaccurate information or orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order is submitted.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to violate laws or regulations; infringe intellectual property or other rights; harass, defame, threaten, or harm others; transmit false or misleading information; distribute spam or unsolicited promotions; impersonate others; or engage in conduct that disrupts the Services or exposes My Store, Shopify, or users to liability.

You also may not upload malware, copy or exploit any portion of the Services without permission, collect personal information improperly, phish or spam, use scraping or automated data-extraction tools, deploy AI or automated systems to access the Services in prohibited ways, or bypass security, authorization, robot-exclusion, or access-control measures.

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we determine that these Terms have been violated.

SECTION 14 - AGENTS

14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use or enable an Agent to access or interact with the Services. "Agent" means software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous actions on behalf of a person or entity without direct supervision.

14.2 An Agent may access the Services only if it identifies itself and complies with Section 14.4. An Agent must also stop accessing the Services if we request that it do so.

14.3 We may use technical measures to limit how Agents access or interact with the Services.

14.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves in HTTP/HTTPS requests using the format "Agent/[agent name]" in the user-agent string; (ii) not conceal that access is automated, mimic human behavior to evade detection, or bypass CAPTCHAs or similar measures; (iii) answer truthfully when asked whether access is automated; and (iv) not bypass measures intended to block, limit, or control Agent access.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION

We may terminate these Terms or your access to any part of the Services at our discretion and without notice. You remain responsible for amounts due up to the date of termination.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and related provisions.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness, and you rely on it at your own risk.

EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY STATED BY MY STORE, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY STORE, ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Store, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services.

We will notify you of indemnifiable claims when reasonably possible. We may control the defense and settlement at your expense, but we will not agree to a settlement that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to cooperate in the defense.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted on the site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and replace prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.

Any ambiguity will not be interpreted against the drafting party.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent is void. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services are governed by the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where My Store is headquartered. You consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page.

We may update or replace these Terms by posting changes to our website. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes. Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice or posting. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
